Self Registration with QR Code and Invitation code
Every spot has a unique QR code and an Invitation code. Your employees can join your company network by scanning the QR code or entering the invitation code of the respective spot from the Groupe.io mobile app. The QR code and the Invitation code for each spot are available in the admin console, web app, and mobile app. Follow the steps below to know where to find the QR code and the Invitation code:
Admin Console
1. Go to Users and click on Self Registration
2. You can download the QR code/find the Invitation code for your spot and share it within the organization. Your employees can download the Groupe.io app and scan the QR code or enter the invitation code to register and join the network.
Web App
1. Go to Users (on the left options bar)
2. Click on the Add User icon (on the top right)
3. You can download the QR code for your spot and share it within the organization. Your employees can download the Groupe.io app and scan the QR code to register and join the network.
Mobile App
1. Go to Menu (on the top left corner) and click on Users
2. Click on the Add User icon (on the top right)
3. You can download the QR code/find the Invitation code for your spot and share it within the organization. Your employees can download the Groupe.io app and scan the QR code/enter the invitation code to register and join the network.
