Assign a role to a user


Admin Console

To assign a role to a user, 

1. Go to the Roles Section and select the role

 

2. Choose the user(s) to whom you want to assign the role(s) and click on Assign

3. Allocate granular permissions and click on Finish


Web App


You can assign the organizational admin role to any user in the spot from the web app
1. Go to Users 

2. Click on the 3 dots against the user name and click on Make Admin

3. Confirm assigning the Organizational Admin role to the user by clicking on Make Admin


Mobile App


You can assign the organizational admin role to any user in the spot from the mobile app

1. Go to Menu

2. Click on User Directory

3. Click on the 3 dots against the user name and click on Make Admin 

4. Confirm assigning the Organizational Admin role to the user by clicking on Make Admin
