Promoted posts let you create your own custom templates to broadcast communications. 


To create a custom template, follow the below steps:


Admin Console

1. Go to the Content tab, click on Promoted Post and click on Create Template2. Provide a Template title, select the post components and click on Create

Web App


1. Click on the + icon (bottom)2. Click on Promoted Post 

3. Click on Create New Template3. Provide a Template title, select the post components and click on Create
