In case you have forgotten your PIN for your Groupe.io account, you can always reset it by following the below steps:
1. Go to https://web.groupe.io/forgotpin or click on Forgot Password (after entering your username)
2. Click on Send reset PIN Link. You can also click on Sign in with verification link or OTP to reset your PIN
3. You will receive a link to your email id / mobile number. You can reset the PIN by clicking on the reset link provided
4. Follow the instructions mentioned in the received email/SMS to reset your PIN
