You can have a one on one chat with anyone in the spot. You will find the list of users in the user directory of your spot. To start a chat with another user in the spot, follow the steps below:
Chat Section
1. Go to the Chat Section, under the My Chat tab, click on the + icon 
2. Click on Start new chat
3. Type in your message and enter to send the message or click on the send button
User Directory
1. Go to User Directory
2. Click on the message icon against the user's name
3. Type in your message and enter to send the message or click on the send button
-You can tag group member(s) by using @ followed by the name (@Tina Lewis)
-You can include various media files like documents, excel sheets, images, video files, gifs, etc.
You can delete your message on the chat window and also reply to a specific message on the chat window. You can include a media file and can also tag another user in your comment.
